A Military Musical Spectacular

Important Instructions

There will be security searches. Please allow time for this. Gates will be open from 5:30 pm. Please be seated by 7:30 pm. The show will approximately end by 8:45 pm

Please arrive early to enjoy the pre-event entertainment. Refreshments and merchandise will be available to purchase 

The police will confiscate any knives found during their searches at the entry points.  This includes penknives, Swiss Army knives, Leatherman or equivalent types of knives and any form of cutlery knife that may be used for picnics.  Please ensure that knives of any description are not brought to the event. 

Prohibited items

•         Rucksacks or backpacks of any kind, luggage, holdalls, or any bags over A4 Size.
•         Any type of weapon, including firearms, pepper spray, tasers, knives or any other item that can be used as a weapon, 
•         Illegal drugs or substances 
•         Liquids
•         Alcohol is not permitted inside Horse Guard Parade Ground. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at bars within.
•         Glass containers, cans, aluminium bottles, or thermoses of any kind which are full to be consumed.
•         Laser pointers, pens, or any other similar devices that can be disruptive or potentially harmful to others are not allowed.
•         Fireworks, flares, smoke bombs, confetti, or glitter cannons.
•         Professional cameras, audio/video recording equipment, and tripods.
  (We do not allow any large cameras or anything with a detachable lens, including clip on lens for phones)
•         Animals (except for assistance animals)
•         Banners, flags, or signs that may disrupt the performance. 
•         Balloons
•         Use of wheeled footwear, skateboards, scooters, or roller blades
•         Hot food
•         Full-face masks
•         Clothing which could be offensive

• Please note that this list is not exhaustive, and other items may be refused at the point of entry if they have the potential to cause harm or nuisance.

In the event of inclement weather, which risks damaging musical instruments and military uniform, the show may be modified in length and size to avoid damage.

• Stands A, B & C - via Birdcage Walk and Foreign Office Green
• Stands D, E & F  & Wheelchair- via The Mall Horse entrance

Weather:

This is an uncovered outdoor event. Please be aware of the weather. Umbrellas are not to be used during the performance.

There is no dress code, please dress according to the weather.
